what are some suggestions of a digital camera that has at least 12mp & records hd 720p videos & that's fairly inexpensive. like, no more than 200.
i would get a flip, but i want one that takes pictures.
like a camera meant for pictures but also has hd videos.
your price does not fit well into the criteria but id suggest checking out panasonic and fuji good cameras lower prices than canon and nikon
