how do i wirelessly live broadcast a helmet cam over long distance?
i race dirtbikes through the woods in races called enduros and hare scrambles. most of the time spectators cant see but maybe a few seconds as you pass by each lap. helmet cams are getting popular but you must wait to watch the vid once you put it on a computer.
is there a way to wireless transmit the video live in a copact way? same concept as this kinda

i want to be able for my dad to be able to see what i am seeing through the helmet cam on a laptop or tv in the trailer. most of the time i am only a few mile radius from the trailer. so i guess i would need a high power transmitter or something? lookin for something cost efficient? maybe in the $300 range? or just help me make a list of things i would need? anything that helps me w/ this idea
thanks =)
The link you provided was about as cheap as you are going to find. You are better off just using a HD helmet cam and review the video later. The ContourHD is one of the best ones on the market for your budget, about $330.00 (amazon.com, etc.)
