ok so me and a friend of mine are in a project together about environment and stuff. we wanted to make a video for it so we needed a camera man. i then asked another friend of mine and he said ok. we go outside to the park and i show him how to work the camera. he understands everything blah blah blah. my point. i put my camera (in my case) down for a second cuz i had to do something and i even told him i was putting it down. he was all like okay yea watever. 2 seconds later...HE STEPS ON IT!! wtf! now im pissed. my camera wont work because he probably pushed in the lenses. im not sure if a can bring it back to the store cuz we threw our bill and the box (very stupid). anyways, i know it a bit of my fault because i shouldnt have really put it on the floor but i told him and he heard me and saw me but he still stepped on it. so should he idk kinda pay me for that like idk or would you people think its totally my fault because i put it on the floor for a sec? your opinion?
