Why can't i get my the sharper image u-video usb camera battery latch to open up?
I think it's stuckIt doesn't say if I pull it out, like if it slides, or pull down, I tried all I could.
Hi, here's how to open your camera. turn the phone upside down, with the screen facing you. hold the camera as you would a cell phone. place your thumb on top of the tripod mount and push outwards away from you and the battery latch will slide open, as that is where the latch is, right under the tripod mount.
